First Trauma Counseling / Psychosocial Support Session was organized in Jinnah Hospital Lahore on 26th instant with Lahore Blast Victims under the project of “Lahore Blast Victim Support Program. Services of an experienced psychotherapist were taken in order to achieve the actual results to treat the hidden wounds of the survivors in Lahore blast.

After this activity, patients along with their families were not only enlightened from the inner pain but they also appreciated the initiative taken by Caritas Pakistan Lahore. Our team remained in close coordination with the Local District Administration, Ministry of Health and Jinnah Hospital management. Administrator of Jinnah Hospital Dr. Shahid Farooq, Medical Staff and PSO to Tehsil Municipal Officer Gulberg Mr. Malik Kashif personally witnessed the whole activity and admired the idea of Trauma Counseling / Psychosocial Support Session as such sessions would help the patients to come out from the nightmares.
